The third step is where you select which entities (tables) to synchronize and configure synchronization options. This page loads all available entities from your Dataverse environment.
Selecting Entities
The entity list displays all tables accessible to your Application User. Each entity shows:
Logical Name: The system name used in the API (e.g., "aiplugin")
Display Name: The user-friendly name shown below (e.g., "AI Plugin")
To select entities for synchronization:
- Scroll through the list to find the entities you need.
- Check the box next to each entity you want to sync.
- The counter at the bottom shows how many entities are selected (e.g., "0 entities selected").
⚠ Note: You must select at least one entity to continue. The message "Please select at least one entity to continue" will appear until you do.
Performance Settings
At the bottom of the page, you'll see the current Performance Settings summary showing the mode, batch size, and concurrent entity settings:
Example: Mode: Parallel Processing (4 concurrent entities) | Batch Size: 100 | Max Concurrent: 4
Click the ⚙ Configure button to adjust these settings. However, we recommend leaving the default "Rate Safe" settings unless you have specific performance requirements.
💡 Tip: See Section 5: Interface Guide for detailed information about performance settings and when to adjust them.
