The System Logs page allows you to view, manage, and share application logs. Access it by clicking System Logs in the Quick Actions section of the landing page.
Page Overview
The page displays "System Logs" with the subtitle "View, manage, and share application logs". It provides a simple interface with three main actions.
Log Summary
At the top of the page, the Log Summary section shows:
• Number of log files (e.g., "4 log file(s)")
• Total size of all logs (e.g., "308.6 KB total")
• Date range covered (e.g., "From 2025-12-05 to 2025-12-10")
Available Actions
Three action cards are displayed below the summary:
Clear Logs
"Delete all existing log files to free up space"
Click the Clear Logs button to remove all log files from your system.
View Logs
"Open the log directory in file explorer"
Click the View Logs button to open Windows File Explorer directly to the log folder location.
Send Logs
"Send log files to support for analysis"
Click the Send Logs button to open the support submission dialog.
Send System Logs Dialog
When you click Send Logs, a dialog opens with the title "Send System Logs" and the message: "Please provide your contact information and describe the issue you're experiencing. Your system logs will be attached to help our support team diagnose the problem."
Required fields (marked with *):
Values are defaulted based on your registration information.
• Email Address — Your contact email
• First Name — Your first name
• Last Name — Your last name
• Issue Description — Describe the problem you're experiencing
Optional field:
• Company — Your organization name
The dialog also shows a "Log Files to be Sent" section confirming the number of files, total size, and date range that will be attached.
Dialog buttons:
• Cancel — Close the dialog without sending
• Send Logs — Submit your information and log files to support
💡 Tip: When contacting support about an issue, use the Send Logs feature to automatically attach your log files. This helps our support team diagnose problems faster.
